The Year 9 ACC Chess Tournament at St Bernard’s College was an exciting and competitive event. Representing Salesian College, our team demonstrated strong teamwork, strategic thinking and sportsmanship throughout the day. We faced several challenging opponents and enjoyed the opportunity to test our skills against some of the best young chess players in the ACC competition. The tournament was well organised, and the atmosphere was both friendly and competitive. Overall, it was a valuable experience that helped us improve our chess abilities while building connections with students from other schools.
