Salesian College Chadstone is proud to unveil our next-generation uniform, developed with Uniform Group — our trusted schoolwear partner for 24 years — alongside celebrated Australian designer Peter Morrissey. This collection brings together contemporary style, everyday comfort, and practical functionality, reflecting our values and supporting students as they learn, grow and take on new challenges with confidence.

A Community-Driven Design
Shaped by our community
The uniform was created through a thoughtful and genuinely collaborative design process. Students, staff, families and College leaders all played a meaningful role, generously sharing their ideas and expectations for what a modern Salesian College uniform should represent.
Across workshops, consultation sessions and hands-on fabric trials, the community explored colour, style, comfort and practicality. Students offered feedback on fit and movement for daily learning and co-curricular life, while families highlighted durability and ease of care. Staff and College leaders ensured the design reflected our values and retained a strong sense of identity and heritage.
This shared approach has resulted in a uniform that honours our College’s story, while offering students a contemporary, comfortable and versatile wardrobe for everyday school life. It is a collection that feels familiar yet forward-looking — created with pride, shaped by many voices, and ready to be worn with confidence.

Designed for Everyday Life
A flexible, trans seasonal versatile uniform for school and sport
Our new uniform has been thoughtfully designed with students in mind, creating a flexible, trans-seasonal wardrobe that keeps them comfortable and well-presented throughout the year. The academic range combines smart, polished styling with practical comfort. Each piece — from blazer, shirts, shorts and pants to jumpers and outerwear — can be layered, allowing students to adapt easily to cooler or warmer days.
The sports uniform is equally versatile, designed for performance and comfort. Layers provide warmth in cooler months and breathability in warmer weather, so students can adjust to different activities and changing conditions. While academic and sports uniforms are worn separately, both ranges support students across every part of their day — in the classroom, outdoors, and during co-curricular activities.
Lightweight, breathable fabrics keep students comfortable during warmer months, while structured outer layers offer durability and warmth when needed. By offering layering, mix-and-match options, and coordinated academic and sports ranges, the uniform supports modern school life: practical, adaptable, and ready for learning, movement, and participation.
