Congratulations to Ben, who recently competed at Swimming Victoria’s Victorian Age Short Course Championships at Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre.
Across the Championships, Ben achieved a personal best in the 100m Breaststroke and continued to improve his times during the relay events, taking an impressive 4.86 seconds off his 50m Breaststroke PB and 0.75 seconds off his 50m Freestyle PB.
Ben also competed in four relay events, swimming the second leg in the 200m Freestyle and 200m Medley relays across both his age group and the age group above.
It was a fantastic finish to the short course season for Ben, with some great results across a busy weekend of competition.
With the long course season now underway, Ben has some big goals ahead and we look forward to cheering him on!
