Year 12 Legal Studies

Last term, students visited Pentridge Prison, where they explored the site’s rich history and gained insight into Victoria’s former justice and prison systems. Through guided tours, historical stories and preserved spaces, students developed a deeper understanding of crime, punishment and changing attitudes towards justice. The excursion provided an engaging and memorable learning experience beyond the classroom, with our Year 12 Legal Studies students gaining a deeper understanding of how Victoria’s criminal justice system has evolved over time.
