Recently our Year 9–10 Sports Academy students visited the Victorian Institute of Sport, where students had the opportunity to visit the VIS’s world-class high-performance facility — home to many of Australia’s elite Olympic and Paralympic athletes.
Led by VIS athletes Tara Kinder and Anna Cripsey, the session offered a unique insight into the daily life of professional athletes, including:

🎯 An introduction to VIS programs and athlete pathways
💬 Firsthand stories and advice from current VIS athletes
🔥 A chance to experience the training loads and demands of elite sport
