Junior Sport (Yr 7 & Yr 8)

The Junior teams produced some excellent results, highlighted by a dominant performance from the Year 7 Hockey team, who secured an outstanding 6 – 0 victory over Mazenod. The Year 7 Table Tennis team battled hard against St Bernard’s but went down 10 – 5. Year 8 Basketball recorded mixed results against Whitefriars, with one team securing an important victory while the other went down. The Year 8 Hockey team faced a difficult challenge against Whitefriars, while the Year 8 Table Tennis team delivered one of the standout performances of the round with an impressive 12 – 3 victory over St Joseph’s FTG.

Intermediate Sport (Yr 9 & Yr 10)
The Year 10 Hockey team fought hard against Whitefriars but went down 3 – 1, while the Year 10 Basketball teams faced tough opposition from St Bede’s, with defeats of 53–97 and 10–78. A major highlight came in Table Tennis, where the Year 10 team produced an excellent 11 – 4 victory over St Joseph’s FTG. The Year 9 teams also faced a difficult round. Both Basketball teams went down to Whitefriars, while the Hockey team was defeated 3 – 0. The Year 9 Table Tennis team also came up against strong opposition from St Bernard’s, going down 13 – 2.

Senior Sport (Yr 11 & Yr 12)

Our Senior teams faced some tough contests during the round. The Senior Basketball teams came up against De La Salle and battled hard, going down 32–42 and 30–56. The Senior Hockey team also faced a strong Whitefriars outfit, while the Senior Table Tennis team went down to St Joseph’s FTG.

Congratulations to all teams on their efforts and commitment throughout the season for Term 3 ACC. Good luck to Senior Basketball, Year 8 Basketball, Year 7 Hockey, and Year 8 Table Tennis on progressing to finals next week as they look to finish the season strongly!
