Intermediate (Yr 9 & Yr 10)
ACC Sport action got underway early in the week with our Intermediate teams competing across our Term 2 sports. The standout result came from the Year 10 Soccer B side, who delivered a strong team performance to defeat De La Salle 4–2 at home. The Year 10 Soccer A team also showed plenty of determination against Mazenod in a competitive away fixture but unfortunately went down 3–1. The Year 10 Football team fought hard against Whitefriars in a physical contest, continuing to apply pressure right until the final siren. In Badminton, both the Year 9 and Year 10 teams faced quality Mazenod opposition and, despite strong efforts, were unable to secure a win. Monday also featured an entertaining Year 9 Soccer clash against Emmanuel, with Salesian narrowly falling 6–5 in a high-scoring encounter. Year 9 Soccer B and Year 9 Football also continued to compete strongly against tough opposition throughout the round.
