Five Salesian College Chadstone students recently travelled to St Bede’s College, Mentone to take part in the ACC Concert Band Workshop, enjoying a day of music, learning and collaboration.
The students began the day with a concert by the Royal Australian Navy Band, before taking part in two workshop sessions focused on a selection of concert band pieces.
A highlight of the experience was the opportunity to rehearse and perform alongside members of the Royal Australian Navy Band, learning from professional musicians and developing their skills as part of a larger ensemble.
