“I hope these Anzac cookies bring comfort to you in this tough time. We are thinking of you, and praying for rain!” Last week, our Food Technology students made Anzac biscuits to send to our farmers in drought stricken parts of Australia. The boys were involved in every part of the process – from cooking and packing the cookies, to sending them off to a charity for distribution. We hope these messages of support provide some comfort to the many Australians currently doing it tough.
