The Bosco Oval came alive as the Salesian Soccer Festival officially got underway!
Planned and led by our House Captains and Sports Ambassador, this student-driven event sees Junior, Intermediate and Senior teams go head-to-head across eight matches throughout the week. It’s House vs. House, with pride, spirit — and bragging rights — on the line!
Importantly, this festival also serves a greater purpose. Funds raised during the week will go directly to the Salesian Missions in Samoa.
There’s something for everyone to get involved in:
Wear Your Colours Day – Wednesday 2 July
Bring a scarf or jersey from your favourite sports team to wear over your uniform for a gold coin donation to your Oratory Teacher.
Sausage Sizzle – Friday 4 July
After our End of Term Assembly, join us for the Senior Final and a BBQ hosted by our student leaders. Sausages will be available for $2, with all proceeds going to support our Salesian brothers and sisters in Samoa. Payment via Flexischools.
The stage is set for a week of friendly rivalry, and community spirit.
