Senior Cricket- The senior cricket boys took on Mazenod College at Mazenod College. The boys started well with ball in hand with keeping the home side to 7/96 off 20 overs. Special mention to Gishain Fernando, who bowled really well with 3/19 off 4 overs. All the boys did really well in the field as Mazenod were kept to a low total for the match. We know that Mazenod have a strong bowling line up as well, the boys started well with the bat with Gus Roach scoring 23 off 33 balls. Special mention to Ben Brooks, who played extremely well with 5 boundaries, 4 fours and 1 six. Ben Brooks finished with 35 off 44 balls, in a low scoring match. The boys chased the total down and finished the match with 7/99 off 18.5 overs. Well done to all the boys over the course of the season. The boys displayed really good cricket over the term. Another special mention to the coach Mr. Loonstra, who spent hours with the boys on buses, games and trials. Very impressive achievement by all the boys and Mr. Loonstra.
