Salesian College Chadstone has received the resignation of the audit firm Kevin F Jones Chartered Accountant and ASIC’s consent to that resignation, in accordance with section 329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001.
The College advises that effective 19 December 2022, William Buck Audit (Vic) Pty Ltd has been appointed auditor of the College. The College Board have resolved to appoint William Buck Audit (Vic) Pty Ltd as auditor
