On Tuesday 11 February the College’s Year 7-9 Sports Academy students participated in a Trademark session led by performance improvement facilitators, Leading Teams. It was the first time our 74 Sports Academy students have come together, with the session focussing on helping all our students to reach their full potential.
Jake Bridges led the students through the workshop where they began creating a student-driven common purpose statement and an agreed behavioural framework. We look forward to our current students continuing to grow the culture of leadership and high performance within the College and their local sporting clubs.
