On Monday 3 June Sports Dietician Ola Luczak held a presentation on Sports Nutrition for Performance to a group of parents of our Sports Academy students. The presentation covered information including protein distribution, hydration, game day eating and recovery. We look forward to Ola continuing her work with our Sports Academy students.
A reminder that Year 7, 2021 College applications close on August 23, 2019. The Sports Academy Application Form can be found on the College website and will need to be completed by Monday September 30, 2019.
