Intermediate Sport
Year 10 Football – The boys had a tough end to the season, going down 5.6.36 to 13.11.89 to Emmanuel. Our best players were Gus Macaluso, Tom Filipovic & Nathan McNamara.
Year 9 Football – 5 straight for the boys capped off an undefeated home and away season. We defeated Parade 15.5.95 to 2.8.20 and our best players were Michael Amedeo, Michael Krivanek & Enrique Soria. The grand final will be in 2 weeks against CBC St Kilda.
Year 9 Soccer – An awesome semi-final win over Parade 1-0. Our best players were James Ballantyne, Nick Colaci & Daniel Amendola. We play St Bede’s in the grand final next week at home.
Senior Sport
Senior Soccer A – We won our first and last game for the season! It was a 6-2 win over Emmanuel, with Max Vanderhorst, Rob Amendola & Lukas Kintidis our best players.
Senior Soccer B – A great week for our senior teams, with the Bs also winning their first game of the year, defeating St Joseph’s FTG 2-1. Our best players were Nick Simas, Matt Juma & Eric Tran.
Junior Sport
Year 8 Football – A tough loss for the boys, going down 2.1.13 to 13.13.91 against Parade. Sam Wallbridge, Jack Iverson and Ben Bawden were our best players.
Year 8 Soccer A – A tough 3-1 win against Emmanuel, our best players were Steve Sakellarios, Lucas Stathopoulos, Luca Quadara & Kai Peterson.
Year 8 Soccer B – A nice win for the boys over Parade, winning 7-0.
Year 7 Football – The boys lost to Parade 2.6.18 to 8.1.49. Our best players were Luca Mandile, Peter Manaras & Aussie Gatkouth.
Year 7 Soccer A – Another tough game for our boys, but we managed to get a 2-0 victory over Emmanuel. Our best players were Derick Maimarosia, Nathan Kotsinadelis & Luke Lazos.
Year 7 Soccer B – It was a great day for our Junior Soccer teams, with all 4 teams winning. Our 7B team won 5-2 over Parade with our best players being Pat Sutherland, Thomas Nguyen & Dylan Rayen.
