James is a leading lawyer in the Australian Securities Investment Commission’s Markets Enforcement team, recognised for his work upholding corporate integrity in Australia’s financial sector. His work leads significant investigations that shape the Australian financial market, reinforcing ethical standards in the financial industry.In recognition of his work in the regulatory space, James has received two Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 awards – in the Government category in 2021 and in Banking & Finance in 2022.
