This week our Year 9 Sports Academy class visited St Kilda Football Club where students were able to learn about and experience a variety of recovery methods to reduce fatigue and enhance physical and mental performance. Within the Danny Frawley Centre, students experienced the infrared dry saunas, Normatec recovery boots, Theraguns and cold-water immersion. A big thanks to AFLW players Hannah Priest and Olivia Vesely for taking the boys through the session.
