The Year 12 Vocational Major students embarked on an initiative during their personal development class to create a market stall where each group showcased various social areas of concern.
The students researched a social concern and the overarching aim was to educate and raise awareness about the dangers associated with vaping, smoking and cyberbullying.
Students from 8B Oratory were invited to come along to the market stalls exploring and absorbing the wealth of knowledge and insights presented to them by the Year 12 VM students.
This experience left the Year 8 students equipped with a newfound awareness, enabling them to be empowered to navigate these social issues facing young people today.
