ACC Year 7 Basketball (A+B’s)
The Year 7 basketball boys faced St Bernard’s at St Bernard’s College. The A team played first, aiming for a win to build momentum heading into the finals. The final score was Salesian 62, St Bernard’s 48. The B team played next, hoping to replicate the A team’s success in their final game of the season. The final score was St Bernard’s 57, Salesian 39.
ACC Year 7 Basketball (C+D’s)
The Year 7 basketball boys competed against Parade at Diamond Valley Basketball Stadium. They anticipated a challenging match against a strong Parade team. Despite their efforts, they lost both games. The C team’s score was Parade 70, Salesian 33. The D team’s score was Parade 58, Salesian 17. Well done on the season, boys!
ACC Year 8 Basketball
The Year 8 basketball boys played against St Bernard’s at Waverley Basketball Centre. They aimed to end the season on a high note. The A team played first and won 37-33. Well done, boys! The B team played next, hoping to follow suit, but St Bernard’s proved too strong, with a final score of 40-31.
ACC Year 10 Basketball
The Year 10 basketball boys faced Parade at MSAC in the semi-finals, knowing a win was necessary to advance to the grand final. They played well but did not achieve the desired results. The A team’s score was Parade 87, Salesian 54, and the B team’s score was Parade 67, Salesian 54. Well done on making it to the semi-finals, boys! Although the results weren’t what you hoped for, you had a commendable season.
ACC Year 7 Hockey
The Year 7 hockey boys played their final match of the season against St Bernard’s at Waverley Hockey Club. They played hard to finish strong but were narrowly defeated 1-0. Well done on the season, boys!
ACC Year 8 Hockey
The Year 8 hockey boys faced St Joseph’s FTG at St Joseph’s Hockey Field in their last game of the season. They aimed to finish in style and did so with a convincing 3-0 victory. Well done, boys!
ACC Year 9 Hockey
The Year 9 hockey boys took on St Bede’s (Mentone) at Mentone Grammar Playing Fields. After playing at the same venue the previous week, they were eager to take on the top team in their division. The game was tied 1-1 at half-time, but St Bede’s pulled ahead in the second half, winning 6-1. Well done on the season, boys! Hopefully, you’ll advance further next year.
ACC Year 10 Hockey
The Year 10 hockey boys faced De La Salle at Waverley Hockey Club. They knew it would be a tough match, and despite their efforts, De La Salle proved slightly better, winning 6-3. Well done on the season, boys! We hope you advance to the next match in 2025.
ACC Year 7 Table Tennis
The Year 7 table tennis boys played against De La Salle at their venue. The boys were excited to face strong opposition and had a tight match. The final score was Salesian 9 matches and 40 sets, De La Salle 6 matches and 35 sets. Well done, boys!
ACC Year 8 Table Tennis

The Year 9 table tennis boys faced Mazenod College at MSAC. Knowing Mazenod was at the top of the ladder, they were keen to play the best team. The match was challenging, and despite their best efforts, they did not win. The final score was Mazenod 12 matches and 57 sets, Salesian 3 matches and 18 sets. Well done on the season, boys!

The senior table tennis boys competed against Mazenod College at MSAC. Facing the best team in the competition, they tried hard but were defeated. The final score was Mazenod 13 matches and 59 sets, Salesian 2 matches and 16 sets. Well done on the season, boys!
