ACC Football
Year 7 Football- The year 7 football boys took on Parade College at Parade College. The boys played their hearts out but couldn’t get the win. The final scores were Parade 8.5:53 to Salesian 6.4:40. Amongst the best were Seb Bayard, Curtis Middleton and Jesse Downes.
Year 8 Football- The year 8 football boys took on De La Salle College at Basil Oval. The boys played well with a really strong victory over a very good football side. The final scores were De La Salle 5.4:34 to Salesian 8.6:54. Amongst the best were Noah Montgomery, Harry Cashman, Calvin Gillispie, Giorgi Tragomalas, Oskar McCulloch and Brady Shipton. Well done to all the boys for the win!
Year 10 Football- The year 10 football boys took on St. Mary’s College at Salesian College Bosco Oval. The boys did really well but didn’t win with St. Mary’s being too strong for the day. The final scores were Salesian 5.4:34 to St. Mary’s 17.15:117. Amongst the best were Harrison Window, Jack Waters and Cooper Fry.
Senior Football- The senior football boys played Mazenod College at Salesian College Bosco Oval. The boys played in the prestigious Davis-Johnson Cup, which is always played between both these schools each year. The boys played extremely well and won the match with an impressive final score, Salesian 20.15:135 to Mazenod 5.8:38. Amongst the best were Ricky Theodoropoulos, Christian Moraes and Louis Nousis. Well done to all the boys for the win!
ACC Soccer
Year 7B Soccer- The year 7B soccer boys took on Mazenod College at Mazenod College. They did very well with beating a strong side in the division. The final scores were Mazenod 0 to Salesian 2. Amongst the best were Angelo Hampson, Jayden Herman-Lindt and Marcel Sukmawijaya. Well done to all the boys for the win!
Year 10 Soccer- The year 10 soccer boys took on St. Bede’s at Gardiners Reserve. The boys did very well at the start with an early lead but St. Bede’s did very well to come back from 3-1 down. The final scores were Salesian 4 to St. Bede’s 4. Amongst the best were Harley Caimakamis, Andrew Byun and Alexander Impala.
Senior B Soccer-The senior B soccer team took on Mazenod College at Salesian College Mannix Pitch. The boys did very well with keeping scores tied with one of the best soccer schools in the division. The final scores were Salesian 3 to Mazenod 3. Amongst the best were Yokwan Kak, Peter Nikolopoulos and Ryan McCrea.
Senior A Soccer- The senior A soccer team took on Emmanuel College at Emmanuel College. The boys did very well with winning the match in style. The final scores were Emmanuel 2 to Salesian 3. Amongst the best were Steven Sakellarios, Marcus Churchill-King and Rafael Emmanouil. Well done to all the boys for the win!
ACC Junior Badminton
Junior Badminton- The junior badminton boys took on Mazenod at Mazenod College. The boys had a tough day playing one the best badminton schools in the competition. The final scores were Mazenod 11 matches and 32 sets to Salesian 1 match and 4 sets. Amongst the best were Masashi Ogino, Elbert Kim and Rio D’Rozario.
Senior Badminton- The senior badminton boys took on De La Salle at Mt Waverley Badminton Centre. The boys played very well with winning the match in good spirit. The final scores were Salesian 10 matches and 31 sets to De La Salle 2 matches and 5 sets. Amongst the best were Matthew Ngodara, Alexander Chann and Aryan Khore. Well done to all the boys for the win!
