On Friday 17th of March, VCE-VM students continued their strong start to the year with the World’s Greatest Shave. Delegating the tasks was critical to the success of the project, as there was so much to do.
Mr Rogers and Mrs Salemme deserve a big thank you as they were a great help not only in the organisation but also on the day of the event. This led to us successfully raising a total of $3,182.85! This money will be donated to the World’s Greatest Shave Leukemia Foundation which helps fund vital research into this devastating disease. The talk amongst the Applied Learning boys about the day has been positive and constructive, with Sam a 12VM student commenting “It was a great day!” Congratulations to everyone in 12VM for your contributions and thank you to everyone who shaved their head and got their hair sprayed on the day.
