ACC Cricket

Year 10 Cricket – The year 10 cricket boys played Mazenod College at Mazenod College. The boys knew that Mazenod College are very strong and one to go deep into finals. The boys played well but fell short. The final scores were Salesian 10/94 off 20 overs to Mazenod 4/135 off 20 overs. Amongst the best were Ben Brooks, Ayaan Khalil & Bryar Jefford.

Year 9 Cricket – The year 9 cricket boys played St. Joseph’s Geelong at Salesian College. The boys knew that St. Joseph’s Geelong, was the strongest team in the competition. The boys tried hard but fell short. The final scores were Salesian 3/75 off 20 overs to St. Joseph’s Geelong 6/135 off 20 overs. Amongst the best were Roshan Gunatilake, Sam Iverson & Caleb Smith.

Year 8 Cricket – No game due to weather.

ACC Tennis

Year 10 Tennis – The year 10 tennis boys played Mazenod College at Nottinghill Pinewood Tennis Club. The boys played really well with winning the match against a very strong competition, unfortunately the boys couldn’t get the win. The final scores were Salesian 4 sets and 55 games to Mazenod 8 sets and 88 games. Amongst the best were Christopher Grosadanis, Gavin Tone & William Kesuma.

Year 9 Tennis – The year 9 tennis boys played Mazenod College at Oakleigh Tennis. The boys played really well with winning the match against a very strong competition. The final scores were Salesian 9 sets and 80 games to Mazenod 3 sets and 50 games. Amongst the best were Spencer Guzzo, Andrew Byun & Max Schroder.

Year 8 Tennis – No game due to weather.

ACC Volleyball

Year 10A Volleyball – The year 10A boys played Mazenod College at Mazenod College. The boys played the best in the competition with Volleyball being one of the strongest sports Mazenod play and they knew the A team for Mazenod was one of the best in the ACC. The game was won by Mazenod with the final scores being 3 sets and 75 points to Salesian 0 sets and 39 points. Amongst the best were Diesel Williams, Andrew Tan & Joseph Casuscelli.

Year 10B Volleyball – The year 10B boys played Mazenod College at Mazenod College. The boys played the best in the competition with Volleyball being one of the strongest sports Mazenod play, the Salesian boys did very well though with winning the match. The game was won by Salesian with the final scores being 2 sets and 77 points to Mazenod 1 sets and 72 points. Amongst the best were Luca Mandile, Calvin Ramachandran & James McLaughlin.

Year 9A Volleyball – The year 9A boys played Mazenod College at Oakleigh Recreation Centre. The boys knew that Mazenod are the best in the ACC for Volleyball. Mazenod were too strong on this occasion winning the match 3 sets and 75 points to Salesian 0 sets and 39 points. Amongst the best were Stefan Ivkovic, Tate Mole & James Wright.

Year 9B Volleyball – The year 9B boys played Mazenod College at Oakleigh Recreation Centre. The boys knew that Mazenod are the best in the ACC for Volleyball and we knew this was going to be challenge for the boys. Mazenod were too strong on this occasion winning the match 3 sets and 75 points to Salesian 0 sets and 69 points. Amongst the best were Matthew Ramman, Samuel Anthony & Domenic Sejas.

Year 8A Volleyball – BYE

Year 8B Volleyball – BYE

Year 7A Volleyball – The year 7A boys took on Mazenod College at Oakleigh Recreation Centre. The boys tried hard but knew Mazenod would be a very hard task. The boys lost unfortunately with the scores being 3 sets and 75 points to Mazenod and Salesian 0 sets and 66 points. Amongst the best were Alexander Diosi, Lucas Caia & William Scalzi.

Year 7B Volleyball – The year 7B boys took on Mazenod College at Oakleigh Recreation Centre. The boys tried hard but knew Mazenod would be a very hard task and Mazenod in the division are probably the best volleyball school in the ACC. The boys lost unfortunately with the scores being 2 sets and 67 points to Mazenod and Salesian 1 sets and 56 points. Amongst the best were Jiho Lee, Rennie Edwards, John Miliotis & Ollie Howell.
