“In our Cultural Lesson we learnt about the history and the traditions of the Bomboniere. When there is a Wedding, an anniversary, a baptism, an engagement or any other significant celebration the guests are given a gift of appreciation with 5 sugared almonds wrapped in a coloured tulle. The colours are also significant. For example, white is for a wedding. We then made our own little boxes and decorated them. This was a fun activity.”
