In Year 11 VCE Food Studies, we are learning about the effect Immigration to Australia has had on Australia’s food culture. This week we made an Asian pork mince noodle dish we can relate this back to our learning of immigration to Australia. Food Technology has always been an interesting subject for me and I have always found it to be relaxing to cook. It has also allowed me to gain more experience in improving my skills in the kitchen.
