Year 12 Chemistry Investigations

Over the last 2 weeks, the Year 12 chemistry class has been undertaking their Unit 4 Area of Study 3 own practical investigations.

Students are investigating many different chemistry concepts including whether food releases the amount of energy that is advertised on the packet, whether or not your vitamin tablet actually contains the advertised amount of vitamins, how can changing the conditions of metal plating allow for a more efficient process and which tablet for lactose intolerance is the most effective.

Using the results of their investigations, students will create scientific posters explaining their findings and present these to their peers.
