On the 28th of February, the Year 12 VCAL students had an absolute blast hosting the milkshake event for Year 9 students to raise money for the World’s Greatest Shave. We had a very successful day, raising a total of $345 profit. This money will go towards the World’s Greatest Shave and help those who are suffering from Leukemia.
We are thankful for all the people who have contributed to the fundraiser, especially the leadership from Mrs Roach who guided us through our first fundraiser for the year.
We sold out quicker than we expected, and were amazed by the number of Year 9 boys who supported the Leukemia Foundation by buying a milkshake.
It was a very positive experience for the 12V class, as each and every one of us worked together towards our common goal.
