It was great this week to have the Year 7’s finally back in the art room. After so many weeks in lockdown, the boys were eager to get back into their painting unit. Here is what one student in 7E observed in his first class back:
“Returning to the art room and school is definitely a much better feeling then staying locked up inside. Trying to complete Art at home isn’t always easy because you may not have the materials or a nice quiet place to do the required work. For our class personally, we have had to delay our current art project which is painting our Dogs. Painting is one of the most enjoyable part of art for most students so I know that the class enjoyed the opportunity to finally start painting our dogs.”
