Results & Highlights

Intermediate (4/5)

Year 10 Football – After a strong first game, our boys doubled down with a solid 11 point win against St Mary’s. Jack Iverson, Ethan Paul and Noah Billing were our best players.

Year 9 Football – The boys continued on their merry way, with a comfortable 35 point victory over St Bernard’s. Our best players were Zac Dunne, Ricky Theodoropoulos and Luca Mandile.

Year 10 Soccer – It’s been an up and down season for us so far, suffering another loss against St Joseph’s Geelong, 3-1. Ryan McCrea, Paschalis Tzintzis and Lucas Stathopoulos were our best players.

Year 9 Soccer A – We were outclassed by a strong Parade side, going down 6-0. Rafael Emmanouil was spectacular in goal, keeping the score from blowing out even further. Luke Parente and Bailey Edwards also played well.

Year 9 Soccer B – The boys had their first win for the season, defeating Mazenod 2-1. Yianni Ballas scored both of our goals, and was supported by Xavier Caiafa and Ben Prabhu.

 

Senior (5/5)

Senior Football – The boys managed to keep themselves on the winners list, with a 39 point victory against Parade. Tom Filipovic was great in the midfield once again, with Riley Brkic and Andrew Avramopoulos providing strong support.

Senior Soccer – We headed out to our local rivals, Mazenod, for the Davey Egan Cup. In what was a really close game, the boys were unable to hold on and lost 3-2. James Triskelidis, Eric Jason and Jackson O’Meara all played well.

Senior Soccer B – Another tough week for the boys, going down 7-1 against St Joseph’s FTG. Our best players were John Stasinos, Jimmy Gantelas and John Vayenas.

 

Junior (6/5)

Year 8 Football – It keeps getting tougher and tougher for our Year 8 Football team, going down to Whitefriars by a big margin. Tom Davidson, Cooper Fry and Tate Mole were our best players.

Year 7 Football – Another tough week for our boys, who also went down by over 100 points against Whitefriars. Our best players were Lucas Smith, Jackson Cerovac and Jamie Mandile.

Year 8 Soccer A – It was good to get back on the winners list with a 3-1 victory over Mazenod. Our best players were Christian Vincenzini, Alexander Impala and Stefan Pegiou.

Year 8 Soccer B – The boys got their first win of the season, with a commanding 5-0 (12-0) victory over Whitefriars. A number of our boys performed well including Anthony Spano, Themi Gounaris and Geoffrey Kong.

Year 7 Soccer A –  It was another good day for our boys, defeating Whitefriars 7-0. Our best players were Christian Noga, James Rashio and Ethan Gemetzis.

Year 7 Soccer B – Another commanding victory against Whitefriars, winning 5-0 (10-0) which capped off a great day for our Soccer teams. Massimo Fazzino, Zac Raffa and Noah White were our best players.
