Start of the Year Permissions

Just a reminder that you need to grant permission for your son to attend local excursions and sign off that you are aware of College Policies.

Below are details of the process.

To access the Community Portal please click on this link:

Please use the username and password that was sent to you via email around 22 – 25 January.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NEED TO LOG IN AS ABOVE, NOT THROUGH PAM.

Start of the Year Permissions and Information Updates

The following components are included in the process to update through the portal:

  • My Details update
  • Local Excursion Permission
  • Acknowledgement of College Policies, processes, expectations and codes.

The following components are included in the process to update through PAM.

  • Verification of details
  • Update and verification of Medical details

These actions are required to be completed by Monday, 22 February 2021.

It is important that you give your consent regarding annual local excursions. You will receive notifications requesting permission via Simon when your son is attending a specific excursion.
