Our Year 8s began their week focusing on safe knife skills. They chopped a variety of fruits and made these healthy and very tasty fruit salad orange cups. I am pleased to say that we have 72 Year 8 Food Tech Boys, and no band aids were handed out!

The Year 10s learnt all about caramelisation. They made these beautiful toffee apples.

We welcomed Mr Campisano into the Food Tech Department. He taught the Year 10 boys how to cook a steak and make Korean Steak Rolls.

Our Year 11 boys made Miso Soup. Although there were some unfamiliar ingredients and flavours, all the boys cooked with enthusiasm and sat down and ate their soups for lunch. Great job, boys!
