Senior Sport

Hockey – A nail-biting 2-2 draw against St Bede’s, in a game which we had multiple opportunities to win. Our best players were Jacob Curry, Ed Feehan and Max Vanderhorst.

Table Tennis – Another win puts us in a strong position with 2 games remaining. We defeated St Bede’s in a close one, 8-39 to 7-36. Jarrod Sands, Johnny Phylactou and Matt Mortaruolo were our best players.

Intermediate Sport

Year 9 Basketball A – Went down to a talented Whitefriars side, 37-58. Jake Johnston, Enrique Soria and Sam Ison all played well.

Year 9 Basketball B – A tough loss against Whitefriars, 22-54. Whilst we did struggle, Lachlan Deayton, Koby Curtis and Jackson O’Meara were all good players.

Year 9 Hockey – It was a strong 3-0 win against Whitefriars, continuing our strong start to the season. Our best players were Ash Curry, Xavier Adams and Daniel Amendola.

Year 9 Table Tennis – We got our first win for the season with a 13-62 to 2-13 win against Whitefriars. Noah Sharrock, Ben Harris and Andrew Chen were our best.

Year 10 Basketball A – A tough loss to a strong St Bernard’s team, going down 46 to 58. Jack Nenos, Cosi Fornaro and Emmanuel Efstathiou all played well.

Year 10 Basketball B – The boys had a great win over Bernard’s, 26-22. Thomas Valle, Nick Orlando and Seb Filipovic all played well.

Year 10 Hockey – We went down to Whitefriars in a close one, 2-1. Our best players were Nathan McNamara, Josh Eames and Dom Russo.

Year 10 Table Tennis – As close of a win as you are likely to see in Table Tennis, with the boys just getting over the line against Whitefriars 8-37 to 7-38. Our best players Christian Locantro, Saurav Jaikumar and Menal Atapattulage.

Junior Sport
Year 7 Basketball A – We continued our impressive start to the season, with a 44-33 win against a strong Whitefriars team. Christian Moraes, Aussie Gatkouth and Isaac Deayton were our best players.

Year 7 Basketball B – Another loss for the boys, losing 34-56 to Whitefriars. Adam Kuruvilla, Bailey Fanton and Derick Maimarosia were our best.

Year 7 Hockey – We defeated Whitefriars 2-0, although it was a game that we could have won by more. Christian Bernardo, Ethan Karagianis and Diesel Williams all played well.

Year 7 Table Tennis – Another good win from the boys, making it 3 from 3 to start the season. We defeated Whitefriars, 12-50 to 3-25. Our best players were Andrew Tan, Zidane Heldt and Will Thurston.
