Senior Sport

Table Tennis – Unfortunately it was the end of our season, and we went down to Mazenod in the semi-final 2-18 to 13-57. The boys had a great season, but Mazenod turned out to be too tough of a challenge for us.

Intermediate Sport

Year 9 Basketball A – It took until the last game of the season but we managed to get our first win! We defeated De La Salle 31-24. Our best players were Jake Johnston, Enrique Soria and Jackson Luzares.

Year 9 Basketball B – The B’s went down in a close one, losing 41-46. Kobi Curtis, Jackson O’Meara and Deng Wal were our best players.

Year 9 Hockey – Unfortunately our season ended with a 1-3 loss to De La Salle. The boys had a great year, finishing 3rd on the ladder, but just missed out on finals. Ash Curry, Daniel Amendola and Tom Blaikie were our best.

Year 9 Table Tennis – We finished the season with 4 straight wins, taking down De La Salle 8-34 to 7-41. Ben Harris, Ashton Curtis and Luca Hill all played well.

Junior Sport
Year 7 Basketball A – The boys continued their undefeated season, with a strong 60-37 over De La Salle. Our best players were Christian Moraes, Jun Lee and Calvin Ramachandran.

Year 7 Basketball B – We had a nail-biting 2 point win over De La Salle, 38-36! The boys came back from a large deficit and all played well, but our best players were Adam Kuruvilla, George Vagas and Patrick Karamanavis.

Year 7 Hockey – The boys had an awesome game, defeating 2nd place De La Salle 7-0. The win moves us in to 2nd place which will hopefully give us a good chance to play in the grand final in 2 weeks’ time. Abhav Chenanda, Christian Bernardo and Xavier Blenkhorn were our best players

Year 7 Table Tennis – We had another strong win, defeating De La Salle 12-56 to 3-19. Zidane Heldt, Andrew Tan and Will Thurston were our best players.

Year 8 Basketball A – Unfortunately the boys lost another close game, going down 42-47 to St Bede’s. Our best players were Suraj Zabalegui, Harrison Elustondo and Max Sykes

Year 8 Basketball B – Much like our Year 7 boys, our Year 8 B team had also had a 2-point win! We defeated St Bede’s 36-34. Our best players were Pawel Gatluak, Daniel Valle and Alex Valle.

Year 8 Basketball C – Our boys had another win, defeating Parade Preston 51-38. Sebastian Millares, Viran Kanathigoda and Sam Wallbridge were our best players.

Year 8 Basketball D – Another great game for us, defeating Parade 59-17. The boys sit on top of the ladder with finals just around the corner. Our best players were Steven Sakellarios, Bradman Docherty and Jacob Hattersley.

Year 8 Hockey – Unfortunately the boys went down 0-2 against the undefeated De La Salle. The boys played really well but we just weren’t able to get over the line. Toby Fenton, Jack Iverson and Gus Roach were our best players.

Year 8 Table Tennis – The boys went down against St Bede’s 4-23 to 11-52. Nimal Valanki, Lucas Stathopoulos and Tom Gardner played well.
