As part of their Food Technology Indigenous unit, our Year 11 students recently visited Charcoal Lane, and were lucky enough to sample a native ingredient tasting plate. Charcoal Lane are no strangers to rolling out the red carpet, with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex recent visitors!
