On Thursday 21 June we came together as a College to celebrate tradition and belonging within our own community. Part of this Legacy Breakfast was dedicated to recognising families who hold tradition of receiving a Salesian College Chadstone education.
Hosted by 2018 Hall of Fame inductee, Dr Primo Bentivegna (Class of 1985), Primo reminisced on his experiences as a young man growing up in a newly immigrated family in the 1970’s, and the significant role his father played in mentoring him into the man he is today. Primo attributes his fulfilling career to the foundation of key values he developed as a young man, in particular, an appreciation for the value of cultural diversity in our community.
